Workplace virtual communication with diverse offshored teams employing English as a lingua franca, often experiences communication breakdown, the causes of which are very complex, including various sorts of language and cultural misreadings, and troubles of marginalization and identity uncertainty. A training programme is needed that also explores deeper employee worries and struggles.
