This interaction analytic study reports how linguistic identities in Danish internationalized workplaces are recorded against members' institutional positions in specific interactional settings. Emphasis is laid on actual language-policy practices, as an access point into generating a more differentiated grasp of the practices via which professional identities are effectuated, validated or opposed, and the linguistic reflections involved in this.
