49 Swiss university novice Danish as a foreign language learners used various languages when constructing written learning journals over a year and a half, thus tightly linking learner language to polylanguaging. But generally, university students and partakers of polylanguaging research do not employ linguistic properties connected with different languages for identical purposes.
