This study explores intercultural communication recipiency in relation to other organizational communication factors in Chinese sections of multinational corporations. Chinese employees with a taller intercultural recipiency degree were more content with their organizational communication, inclined to employ control and rede-oriented dispute management styles, and applied contrasting communication technologies in organizational environs.
