This study debates how the sequential organization of interactionally attained laughter in speech therapy sessions with dysphasic adolescents in French-speaking Switzerland indicates the significance of correcting business as the chief instructional task (adolescent unilateral laughter) or as a side activity in the management of an interactional task (shared laughter).
