Not repetition, but textual positions and interrelationships of propositions occurring in hard news, appear to define readers' grasp of their essence to news. Corpus-driven phraseology approaches' scope is hereby expanded to cover paraphrases and other semantic relations in the discerning of repeated alike propositions in individual texts.
