Annotation

The proposed Humor At Work (HAW) questionnaire rates pleasant (PC) and unpleasant work climate (UPC) scales, independent of age, education, gender, position, altruïsm, social desirability, positive and negative affect-mood rates and Big Five factors. As UPC positively tallies with Ashkanasy and Nicholson (2003)'s Climate of Fear measure, and PC with the Affiliative and Self-Enhancing humor styles from Martin et al.’s (2003) Humor Styles Questionnaire, the presented (HAW) model usefully rates workplace humor.
