Annotation

This article explores particular cases of successfully edited satire that later induced public offence expressions in modern Australia, Japan, and the People’s Republic of China. Reactions caused by personal and cultural restrictions, resistance molded by economic and politico-legal powers and the interplay between the two are observed. Counterblast effect mediators also cover the communication channel and some of satire's stylistic properties.
