Annotation

English speakers and American Sign Language (ASL) users describe characters in shot/reverse shot camera sequences via the same viewpoint and display a sole perspective rather than uniting plural perspectives concurrently. Neither group expressly recorded the cinematographic perspective change. Though encoding plural viewpoints might yield a more precise visual description, it is evaded as it does not produce a superior narrative.
