Annotation

This study on asked Indigenous language planning (IL) in English-dominated Canadian universities (viz. the TRC's 2015 report), in a wider revival and aboriginal-colonist atonement context, reports the launch of Michif, an IL spoken by Métis people, into a teacher education programme. Debating the planning of the latter discloses chances for raised higher education IL inclusion.
