Annotation

Using Johnson’s heuristics of language policy analysis (2009), this study debates the ex- and implicit English and other foreign language policy creation of varied agents at a big Colombian state university, and situates this within talk about English as lingua franca, academica and economica. Views on how to approach the oft shared goals (of internationalization demands) render diverse and oft contrasting micro policy and planning opinions.
