It is proposed that a chance to undertake languaging, helped by source readings and models, can ease the creation of four pairs of Chinese university English as a foreign language (EFL) students' ideas and expressions required for writing and admit them to consider their language skills in the writing and revising process, ending in enhanced L2 (story re-) writing performance.
