A novel three-dimensional model, the Religion–Ethnicity–Language REL Triangle frame, which explores religion, ethnicity and language as crossing identity facets, can help grasp Brazilian immigrant children's linguistic and cultural lessons in out-of-school settings, and thus, permits fresh links to be evolved between mainstream UK schools and migrant communities.
