This paper collates language learning strategy (LLS) use between L2 (Greek) and FL (English) and debates contrasts as to frequency and kind of deployed LLSs and as to gender impact in L2 and FL contexts, to represent the strategic profiles of multilingual adolescent (12-15 year-old) learners (n = 307).
