This paper explores how Malaysian managers and employees read and impersonate leader–member relationships differentiation. It is demonstrated that leader–member relationships differentiation is a crucial symbol for the creation and subsistence of leader’s conceptual abilities, communication receptivity, regard, faith, and age differentiation.
