Annotation
This paper compares receptive vocabulary size and lexical growth of CLIL learners and traditional EFL learners during a three-year longitudinal study. CLIL approaches are considered especially beneficial in lexical development. It is argued that CLIL approach provides a gain for vocabulary acquisition, which grows as experience with the approach, age and proficiency increase.
