Annotation

Search for a formalism which allows the inclusion of pragmatic factors (related to the addressee of a command, its result, the period during which it is in force, its execution-preconditions) in the description of a command. The author uses flow charts of the critical path methods type to transcend some limitations of Rescher's computer programming paradigm.
