This paper asserts that conflict talk encloses impoliteness and is a more elaborate term. It gets into the functionality of conflict talk as an implied identity construction index. The paper brings together globalization, transnational identity construction, (Latino identity), conflict talk, and the internet. It assays intragroup selective disconnection processes which have got little notice. It regards the porosity of on/off line social processes.
