This study states that interpreters' discontent with their working conditions and refugees' experience with interpretation appears negative and frustrating. Several misbehaviors have been revealed, from proposing very poor or no interpretation at all to asking interpreters’ opinion. If efficient interpreting is not supplied during asylum procedures opportunities of getting refugeehood are little. Refugees' well-being and integration is also imperiled without efficient interpreting in general.
