This article proposes an assay of how constituents give services at the constituency office of a Member of Parliament (MP) in the United Kingdom. It presents original views into how constituency services are supplied, and how constituency offices give entry and help to ordinary citizens, whilst extending conversation analytic literature on institutional service supply.
