Annotation

Based on theoretical vindication and an in-depth debate of potential gains of parallel and comparable text analysis, this study reports on the design of a parallel and comparable text analysis course to raise beginning trainee translators’ linguistic proficiency and on their reactions to the pedagogical design and its effectiveness.
