This paper explores the experiences in knowledge evolution and sharing of a group of migrant teachers from diverse Asian countries who are teaching English in Hong Kong high schools. Regarding dispositions as crucial to professionalization and professional grants, it examines the chances and dares in harnessing the professional value of their transnational disposition.
