Annotation

This inquiry explores whether cognitive improvement from bilingualism is susceptive to the child's bilingualism extent in a sample of eight- and nine-year old Spanish- English bilingual children of low socioeconomic status. It bolsters an additive bilingualism perspective, where more balanced competence in two languages is linked with more raised cognitive function, regardless of socioeconomic backcloth.
