This paper inspects Nigeria’s Nollywood film Osuofia in London to grasp how the film synthesizes African and Western cultural identities via the spectrums of hybridity and postcolonial theory. It employs a critical method within the contexts of three dogmas (African, Western, and hybrid) to read the film.
