Annotation

This paper assays a genre employed in academic enrolment, the teaching portfolio. It centers on norm conflicts in the mode varied genre users assess what is fitting in the genre. Data cover teaching portfolios made by callers for university posts, interviews with them and interviews with administrative staff at a big university in Finland.
