Annotation

This study debates two potential causes for easing in nonnative phonological priming: abated sensibility to nonnative phonological set-off, and abated lexical rivalry of nonnative words with vague phonolexical agencies. Nonnative words may be rendered sublexically, which induces sublexical easing vice the inhibition resulting from lexical rivalry.
