Annotation

This assay uses mostly qualitative assay approaches to explore humour and how it is reached exerting phonological processes. 5 parodies from Folarin Falana’s collections were chosen on the basis of their internet popularity amid Nigerians. McGraw & Warren’s (2010) Benign Violation Theory explains the parodies' phonological breaches.
