This paper assays the instances of Polish humorous discourse (mostly Internet memes) to display which are the most frequent specific stereotypes about the Chinese. Findings state that Polish humor about the Chinese as an untypical case of center-periphery relations forms an expansion of Davies’s model in that Poles see the Chinese as both comically foolish and smart.
