Annotation

This article examines, at the micro level, the sociolinguistic backcloths of teacher trainees in a College of Education in Accra and their perceptions toward Ghana’s modern language-in-education policy. Albeit a preliminary survey, it presents a pliable bilingual language-in-education policy to address the linguistic ravels of Ghana. It proposes a bottom-up approach for asking inputs toward a macro-level policy.
