Annotation

Employing the geosemiotic frame as a heuristic guide, this paper assays how the spectacle of Chinatown in Incheon, South Korea, is shaped via spatial, linguistic, semiotic, and material resources, and finds that the unordinariness of the place is depending on and appears via its juxtaposition with ordinary space, practice, and language use.
