A textual analysis of news reports taking into account journalistic practice. The concept of colored reporting is explained, its correlation with ideology and point of view is sketched, and some recent literature on the topic is reviewed. On this basis, a descriptive model for coloring is put forward, and an experiment is described and discussed.
