A. proposes to represent linguistic deixis by means of semantic trees involving the semantic components 'coincide' (coincides), 'situazione' (situation), and 'attende' (expects). He considers also some topics concerning the role of deixis, e.g. verbal communication, child language, the evolution of languages.
