A discussion of the conditions which determine why '* John is taller than he regrets' and '* John is taller than Bill isn't' are unacceptable whereas there is nothing wrong with 'Chicago is the only place where Babe Ruth didn't hit a home run' and 'Tijuana is where I regret that I drank the water'.
