This paper centers on the major initiative of the Texas Czech Legacy Project, the composing of an open-access digital Texas Czech Dialect Archive, as output of over a century and a half of contact between Moravian Czech and Texan English, minding the involved ravel in outlining a product that is to work for community members, teachers and students of the Czech language and culture, and a varied research group.
