Radio producers from three ethno-linguistic Colombian minorities –Nasa, Wayuu, and Creole– and four minority Welsh-speaking television and multimedia producers from Wales are presented as examples of identity work in multilingual contexts. The groups are shown to convey their multi-layered identity and to grapple with language and culture presevation, concurrently sustaining professionalism and challenging negative stereotypes.
