Given enhanced contact with the Zhuang language since the beginning of the 1990s, Putonghua spoken by Zhuang people contains distinctive features of their mother tongue. This paper explores how Zhuang affects Zhuang Putonghua's phonological, lexical and grammatical characteristics in Chengxiang Town.
