Annotation

This paper provides both a computational pragmatic theory of business communication and a computational solution for a new tool to be integrated in real business interaction. Three major limitations of the model consist in the modelling of solely the two main agents, the incomplete modelling of miscommunication, and the exclusive top-down analysis of messages.
