This paper deals with two important phases in the nationwide implementation of information and communication technology (ICT) in Israeli schools: the 1993-1998 phase, focusing primarily on the installment of the technological infrastructure within schools, and the 1998-2003 phase, dealing mainly with curricular aspects and staff training.
