This paper discusses how the 'Difference and diversity in Israeli society' educational program (2005/2006), which enabled the teaching staff of the David Yellin Academic College of Education to explore a successful new model for multicultural education,could also be successfully implemented in other contexts (academic, employment, organizational and institutional), involving intercultural encounters.
