Annotation

This study reveals that Flemish police officers' positive and negative interracial contact is linked to prejudiced behavior towards immigrants through the mediating role of racial attitudes, and to police officers’ organizational citizenship behavior towards colleagues and superiors through their perceptions of organizational equity.
