Annotation

This paper debates micro-level language planning as to institutional administration, teaching and learning, and research at a transborder Zimbabwean university providing academic programmes to the Swaziland Kingdom. English is the chosen language of the three scrutinized domains, albeit English and Siswati are two national co-official Swaziland languages.
