This paper explores teachers’ education programs in eight state universities in Georgia that prepare them to supply students with multicultural instruction. It is asserted that higher educational institutions in Georgia must transform their teacher education programs and prepare teachers who will be capable to alter school curricula to foster the development of pertinent skills and their students’ capacity to think from multiple cultural viewpoints.
