Abstract

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then what is the worth of a metaphor? In the course of the tomes of readings for research on Third Culture Kids (TCKs), or Global Nomads (GNs), a previously unnoticed pattern was observed. I noticed that the profile and characteristics of TCKs were being described using a wide variety of metaphors. (Ettie Zilber)
