Abstract
The metaphor of institutional "thinking" constitutes the subject matter of this paper. The author indicates the contrastive way in which people working in various institutions conceptualize problematic situations intending to solve problems or simply encountering problems on a daily basis. Different intentions are described illustrating the different perspectives of employees.
