This paper focuses on early/ first love state as this is exhibited in sociology and psychology. The author brings together material from various literary ethnographic sources and seeks the ontological basis of love. In particular, the major points of the analysis concern: a) the notion of early/ first love b) the timing of love and c) the metaphoric language used to depict it.
