As a theory of meaning, frame semantics can explain the process of metaphor's meaning identification in the context of cultural similarities and differences more comprehensively by combining social and cultural cognition with individual knowledge and experience and has certain application value for the study of translators' Chinese-English translation strategy. From the perspective of frame semantics, this paper proposes three translation strategies for ontological and structural conceptual metaphors in business English as follows: frame transplantation, frame borrowing and frame element highlighting.
