In contrast to a whole range of linguistic studies of political language, this volume promises a strong emphasis on the perspective of political sciences and international relations. There are contributions in the tradition of linguistic discourse analysis as well as entirely theoretical chapters, some of which quote Aristotle alongside the complete works of Nietzsche, Freud, and Derrida.
