Abstract
This paper takes into consideration specific sections of the international arbitration rules enacted by the Camera Arbitrale di Milano (CONAIAM), the Camera Arbitrale dir Bergamao (ACOB) and the Corte Arbitrale Nazionale ad Internazionale di Venezia (VENCA). In particular, this investigation seeks to understand in what aspects CONAIAM, ACOB and VENCA differ from UNICITRAL Arbitration Rules (UAR), both in terms of content/communicative purposes and linguistic aspects. In addition, the author investigates if and to what extent the Italian Arbitration Rules have been written following UAR, and if the generic integrity of the model has been maintained or modified.
