Abstract
The main focus of the present paper is to analyse in detail the ICC rules of international arbitration in order to discuss and illustrate to what extent such rules have been followed by the Italian chambers of arbitration. The author analyses three sections of the text compiled by CM and RAC, using ICC rules as a reference point for comparison, in order to highlight missing or altered sections and differing specification of legal information.
