This article describes the European TransRouter project which produced a prototype application designed to help users identify the best possible ways to translate a particular project. As a typical knowledge society application, it is designed to facilitate easy and almost instant access to knowledge by evaluating highly complex information based on user-definable criteria. The interest shown by potential investors augurs well for the commercial exploitation and further development of this prototype.
